Deltek is a decent place to work. SalesOps tries but they have never sold anything and look for ways to make Reps not make quota. Sales Leadership is a strong team.

This company has a fantastic work life balance and an amazing culture. The product is also a great fit and a leader in the market. The downside is it’s a tough market without many leads, so a very low number of reps can actually hit quota.

Overall a good experience… but it’s certainly had changes since I started. Multiple changes in leadership and compensation structure has lowered morale. Inbound lead flow has dried up significantly.
