Constant layoffs, inability to sell specific products that customers want, and internal processes that slow any momentum down.

Constantly changing roles, vague expectation, and unattainable goals. Del is trying to figure out where it’s sales teams belong in the market and the multi year “transition” is costing employee loyalty. Layoffs 2-3x per year is salt filled icing on the cake.
