Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall had a good time woking with Dell Technologies, most of the products and direct colleagues were solid and fun. Although there were some bright people at management level, some of them were holding their position way too long because of politics and friends in higher ranks. GTM with Channel vs Direct was really bad for a long time, this costed Dell lots of business and VAR’s, who went to the competition like Pure Storage. With programs like the Parter First Strategy this could be improved, but this came a little too late.
