My overall experience is that the only thing that is consistent is change at Dell. Most sellers do the bare minimum and if you're a go getter, you'll be ok.

Dell Small Business is a nightmare to work in. Other segments of the company are much better.

Base pay cut from awful to utterly terrible. Commission plan doesn’t come close to making up for the low base. Low margin items pay very little.
