My overall experience is that the only thing that is consistent is change at Dell. Most sellers do the bare minimum and if you're a go getter, you'll be ok.

Overall pay structure is not good, Dell inside reps are categorically under compensated. The pay structure is also not clear, it is difficult to determine how much commission is expected per sale. My overall experience was good. A great sales school but after a few years a lack of growth opportunities and innovation in the sector. Leadership changed due to globally led structure. Leaders unable to make in country decisions.
