Taking accounts away, changing our pay, raise our activity performance and ask for more work to be done even after taking 90% of your accounts away and expect you to perform the same workload.

We used to have an opportunity to make an additional $10000 in spiffs. Now that is gone and constant pay structure changes. Also capped commissions. For example last year I got 600% of my quota. I was paid out on 195%
