I earned presidents club this year so I have had a pretty good experience. With the AI boom we are definitely one of the winners benefiting from the hype. However, leadership still seems to operate in a manner unknown to the employees. Even with the influx of revenue we are still expecting layoffs and uncertainty about roles and responsibilities going into Q3.

Great place to start your career as there is a high emphasis on developing young talent. At a higher level, it can be a lot more hardline and that is where the culture starts to become less favorable. I would still recommend it to others as a good company.
