After several of months working at Dell, I have learned that they will do everything they can to un incentivize sales. At this point, I would prefer to be paid a set salary than stress that I won’t make the sales I need.

Negative. With difficult market conditions it seems leadership wants to pressure sales into reaching unrealistic goals. Career mobility is scarce and lackluster. Dell has great products but poor execution.

great place to have doors almost always open at prospects/customers. but products are never first to market and the culture has deteriorated consistently over my 8 years.
