Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee great place to have doors almost always open at prospects/customers. but products are never first to market and the culture has deteriorated consistently over my 8 years. Getting paid of shipping instead of booking has been a huge issue but Dell will not change this (for hardware sales). we can usually work faster than competition, provide a better post sale and supply chain experience , and have competitive price. overall I make a good living, but I don't have any equity at all. how can that be at a large Tech company? because Dell is pay down the huge debt incurred by the $67B acquisition of EMC.
