Base pay was avergae. Commission all over the place to be expected. When I hit my biggest over a million dollar deal there conveniently was an issue with my commission pay out and from there they moved me to a smaller businesses so my commissions shrinked unbelievably. They then fired me

Great products and supply chain. they don't like to pay out full commission if you are over 100% and use terms like clawback and windfall. They use AI tools to predict the future and set quota but still do this as you overachieve from hard work. Lowering headcount over and over via layoffs is a no fun culture. Low pay compared to market. Unattainable quotas. Adjustment to quotas mid-quarter. Management can’t give clear answers to questions because no one has the answers or don’t want us to know the answer. Pushing out remote people after CEO advocated for remote shortly before. Morale at all time low.
