The only negative thing is the compensation structure, it lacks opportunity for over-attainment.

The product is great and sells itself but there is no loyalty. You grind your ass off for more than a decade and get the boot! Tons of reps were relocated to different city’s and states for roles a year ago who have now been laid off.
