They drive quite a basic sales process (e.g. features and function, rather than business outcomes) and this reflected by the org not having the most creative of sellers in its teams. There are worse places to work though.

The last couple years, it seems Dell has put their shareholders above their customers and employees. They are now very strict about being in office, after years of remote work. And morale is pretty low as workforce reductions continue to rollout with no indication that more are not coming.
