I like the organization, was a great starting point for an entry level sales role, lots of good opportunities to grow if you network with the right people. Pay could be better and it should be hybrid/remote.

Good work life balance. Hard to navigate internal sales processes. Organizational changes happen very frequently.

Great managers and great coworkers. The overall job is laid back and the day structure is based on your own criteria. Pay sucks. Quota goes up insanely quarter after quarter, but commission stays the same.
