I've been here for less than 3 months and it's unlike any place I have ever worked. Incredible product market fit, uncapped TAM, wildly successful sales and product teams.

The company became much more aggressive in terms of quotas and sales targets - squeezing out a lot from a single AE while there's 600+ sales people in the organisation Comission structure was recently changed and heavy focus is on New business

Overall, my experience with Deel is good. For being the hottest company in tech, I think pay could be better.

Its good to work here. But the quota remaining the same even if you are in vacation which is a joke.
