Great product market fit, not much opportunity for growth within as an SDR because of so much external hiring for AE’s.

There was no round-robin for lead distribution, some AE's will get a full calendar while the rest are wondering if they'll get 1 meeting for the week. SDR team is poorly trained to the point they don't even qualify, sending meetings without any context or even speaking with the prospect.
