Incredibly fast paced start up, with an insane amount of lead flow! Very robust territories and a rocket ship style trajectory to IPO! Their onboarding process leaves a little to be desired, however, this is simply a very intense sales org... you're in sink/swim mode at the beginning! Overall, the types of organizations you will speak to and partner with will pay dividends in regards to linkedin connections (just a wild rolodex of F100 accounts) plus, what Deel is doing in regards to global payroll isn't be done as effectively by other companies. The ENT sales leadership team is stacked!! You will work with the best in the business. Their #1 focus is to ensure YOU GET PAID.
