pros: great place to sell especially in today's market - strong PMF and brand recognition. quotas are high but attainable. culture of excellence and ownership, seems to be good career progression cons: base/OTEs could be higher and work life balance is a bit blurry (startup life)

Overall, my experience with Deel is good. For being the hottest company in tech, I think pay could be better.

Its good to work here. But the quota remaining the same even if you are in vacation which is a joke.
