Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was positive. Leadership, culture, product market fit, and opportunity to grow were exceptional. It was just a very cool company and we were always competitive. I did feel like I was "thrown into the deep end" and had to learn many things on my own. Information and training was provided, but it felt scattered adn surface level. It was up to you to solidify and apply that training to a deeper level. the start up environment and the nature of the position made it so that it was hard to get into a groove and solidify that training. The daily job required long hours, so any additional training would require you to work overtime, but by then you also need to focus on your life outside of work to maintain your mental health. So it was a constant feeling of "running out of time" and led to burnout. Time management is huge. You cannot rely on your manager or teammates for your success. You have to seek out training and improvement on your own. If you only rely on the training provided, you most likely will not succeed, unless you are an accomplished SDR elsewhere.
