They've just pulled the rug on outbound SDRs. Every week there's another change to inbounds or qualification criteria that makes their targets even more impossible. Promotion to AE has been made unattainable and they're focused on hiring externally. Space for 1 SDR per quarter to promo, don't listen to hype. No point in joining as an SDR anymore. Leadership seems to be deliberately punishing the SDR org. Please avoid.

Deel is an incredible company. It’s not for everyone - very demanding and not a company you can get away with just cruising for a paycheck. However, hard work is rewarded and the talent is top tier
