Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The company has no marketing and no inbound leads. The company went through cost cutting measures and took away many sales tools like SalesLoft. Every enterprise commercial rep is expected to smile and dial to generate their own leads. The prospects find us overly aggressive as we call them obsessively. The leadership changes their go to market strategy quarterly and lacks experience in channel and cyber. Only 1 commercial enterprise sales rep hit their quota last year. The territories were distributed by favoritism not geography. If you challenge sales leadership, you will soon find yourself on an unachievable PiP. There is no logic to the territories. The sales methodology is Miller Heiman which does not align with selling a platform solution.
I would not recommend working in sales here unless you enjoy living off your base and working for inexperienced sales managers. Browse Other Reviews
