First line leaders micromanage and mostly go manager route, because it's far better than the mid market opportunity -- few are actually good leaders, most have large egos.

An intense amount of favoritism is bleeding throughout the sales organization. Tons of nasty attitudes. I could not recommend working for Datadog any less. The worst experience I have ever had in a sales role.
