1. Horrible personal experience - micromanagement, threatened with a PIP from month 2 and then placed on a PIP in month 5 (ramp is 9 months). 2. Unnecessary obsession with being at the office at 9am sharp 3x a week, and was not standardised across the sales org. Quota is unattainable. Leadership hasn't changed quotas since the product was selling extremely well during Covid. First line leaders micromanage and mostly go manager route, because it's far better than the mid market opportunity -- few are actually good leaders, most have large egos.
