Former Employee Good upfront compensation, product interest and buzz in the market but sales comps are poorly designed. Great onboarding program. However, an unbelievable level of pipeline management and time required to update poorly set up complex CRM systems and ways that management need to update up the chain~ 1 day a week. Territories are poorly set with continuously shrinking opportunity to be successful or over achieve. Sales leadership is run of fear. Poor culture, most people have stayed due to locked in with RSU and the probability of an event. Learnt a lot, glad I did the experience but very relieved to have this in the rear view.
