Currently working as an ENT AE at MongoDB and looking at potentially making the switch to Databricks. Would pretty much have the same account as I have today (one large account that recently signed a 3 year commit). Any words of advise from someone who has been at MongoDB before joining Databricks?

More QuestionsIs the quota attainment stat on here accurate?Was looking into a Digital Native AE role, but some of the reviews are off putting. In particular - brutal culture, tiny territories (complete hit or miss), and toxic leadership (again, luck of the draw with the team you end up on). Is this actually true or just a few people's experience?
