Silo'd organization. Has training, modulus are horrible though. Manager was non-existent for helping. Pretty much on your own to do or figure out anything. Good base salary though

Extremely large & bureaucratic French ownership. Feedback from field (and especially other Geos) is ignored. More concerned with dictating the next failed plan for success in markets they don't understand. Extremely good at maneuvering out of paying sales.
