Silo'd organization. Has training, modulus are horrible though. Manager was non-existent for helping. Pretty much on your own to do or figure out anything. Good base salary though

A lot depends on who your boss is as there are good ones and bad ones. About 20% of the reps make most of the commission song you have or create a cash cow you can do well.
