About 20% of the reps make most of the commission song you have or create a cash cow you can do well. The brand is pretty well know me in the industry which is helpful. The bureaucracy of the company is the most difficult. Often times harder to sell internally with a lot of layers than it is to sell to the customers. Legal is also very difficult to navigate and they kill a lot of good deals with how long they take and how inflexible they are. That said benefits are very good and overall it can be a very good place to work.
