Leadership from the top down is incredibly unorganized--often making decisions that are reversed or contradicted in a matter of months. There is a fundamental lack of sales knowledge amongst leadership.

Large company feel, great people, slow process, and expect lots of change. Lots of start and stop of initiatives - it would be nice to see leadership follow through.

The sales leadership in North America is terrible. Overly process driven with upper management never holding true sales roles to understand what is needed to help sellers, sell. No CRM and little support from various parts of the organization leave you to feel you're on your own.
