Started out great and then the company started losing money so they adjusted our compensation structure severely which made it very difficult to hit all of the metrics consistently.

Unbelievable levels of constant micromanaging, no ability to prospect-- 100% inbound, can get punished for calls dropping. Dish is irrelevant for all but those who live in the sticks. However, if you do well and work OT, you can make good money.

My overall experience was good. This is a good role for someone who is just getting into sales. They offer great support and training. I did not like how micromanaged my time was.

it was a good place to work, but its not great when you perform very well, many times being #1 in the company, multiple months in a row and having you compensation go down year over year
