My overall experience was good. This is a good role for someone who is just getting into sales. They offer great support and training. I did not like how micromanaged my time was.

Started out great and then the company started losing money so they adjusted our compensation structure severely which made it very difficult to hit all of the metrics consistently.

My overall experience was ok at Dish TV. Full remote was nice but hard to meet any commission quotas. You could sell 20 packages and still not make commission somehow.

it was a good place to work, but its not great when you perform very well, many times being #1 in the company, multiple months in a row and having you compensation go down year over year
