Great company with market leading tech. Leadership is improving, alignment between departments needs to be more transparent and collaborative. Sales is asked to do a lot and could use better guidance/incentives

Best in breed for PAM, and great coworkers. However, culture has taken a major hit over the past 2-3 years due to leadership changes and unprofessional management. Quotas blindly assigned without consideration of account list. Internal politics/favoritism played where top accounts are unjustly given to reps not even in that territory.

Mid Market culture is extremely erratic and toxic. Everyone is scared and even top performers aren't allowed to feel comfortable.
