I am in one of, if not the most challenging territories due to past leadership and reps (i have heard this from customers on many occasions). I came on board with a new territory leadership and we have been on an upward trajectory since. While total reps in territory attaining their quota was low last year, most are within 2 years at this point and are starting to hit their stride.

My overall experience has been generally positive. This is an organization that heavily emphasizes investment into product and R&D. That said, inbound lead generation is nonexistent.
