My overall experience has been good. There has been a lot of turnover lately and its starting to feel like there is a cap of how much you can make.

Career development is excellent... the opportunity to grow in role is excellent and can set you up for your entire career. HOWEVER, compensation is by and far some the worst in the SaaS industry, and leadership often leads through fear and micromanagement.

Leadership lead by fear and don’t offer management support for aspiring leaders. Pay is not competitive for SAAS and often not equal or transparent between departments. Culture was slightly toxic with US leadership ruling over rest of world, but EMEA leaders were good for the most part. AM/AE comp plans are always difficult to interpret/in dispute.
