Was quite disappointed to have so much of what was promised to get me in the door, NEVER materialize. Training is horrible, support for new employees is non existent, mid-market mindset even with the Enterprise path. Comp plan is confusing and difficult to hit. SW appears to be stable. Hugely mid-level Mgmt heavy means rampant micro mgmt by those who are NOT good managers. Such a shame.

Leadership lead by fear and don’t offer management support for aspiring leaders. Pay is not competitive for SAAS and often not equal or transparent between departments. Culture was slightly toxic with US leadership ruling over rest of world, but EMEA leaders were good for the most part. AM/AE comp plans are always difficult to interpret/in dispute.
