Onboarding was hectic, they left me out to dry sink or swim, then they beefed up the process with training and product knowledge. The learning curve is very intense if you are not familiar with industry terms. They took a lot of trips to places, you would have to see if this company is for its not for everyone.

Great company overall in terms of people culture and remote benefits, however if you want to have a successful, long-term sales career you must factor in poor management and the fact that the team struggles to hit quota consistently.
