I led sales a few years ago at this org (until 2021). From my experience, the TAM was strong, as was PMF, and inbound was pretty good. Initial outbound team wasn't performant at the time - but I believe that's turned around.

Experience so far has been great - the culture and leadership seems to really look to set people up for success. Clear that they look to develop and promote form within. The one critique I could have would be onboarding - bit chaotic and could maybe be curated a bit more to be naturally progressive.
