The learning curve is very intense if you are not familiar with industry terms. They took a lot of trips to places, you would have to see if this company is for its not for everyone.

Clear that they look to develop and promote form within. The one critique I could have would be onboarding - bit chaotic and could maybe be curated a bit more to be naturally progressive.
