I was there over 3 years ago. In hindsight, it is very good base pay but a poor variable, and the options are far from being meaningfully valuable. Based on my extensive research having stayed in close contact with people there, this is a company heavily in decline.

I could definitely make better money elsewhere however the Culture, Product Fit and Work-Life balance just make Culture Amp a place that is "worth biting the bullet for compensation" and getting paid out with a better Culture/Life/Leadership.

Extremely Medium. Culture Amp employees are underpaid in the United States.
