Oh no have things changed for the worst here. So far about a month into Q1 we've seen about a third of regrettable turnover on most sales teams (Also speaking to the experience here in NA mostly). This is no longer a Culture Company and has joined the ranked of the "generic big tech playbook" but without the compensation to back it up. If you join, be prepared to play in the Performance Culture - but now fear is rampant and not sure how quotas are going to be attained (which they are officially jacked up to 206K within the Commercial segments and it's similar in Enterprise with 230K~). Tread with caution!! Wish us luck as well!

Significant turnover at c-suite level has meant the company has lacked strategic direction and leadership for 12-24 months. This has now been addressed and company should be on track for success. Underlying issues like compensation and OTE need to be addressed ASAP.
