The culture at this organization is no longer what it used to be. Leaders have no idea how to lead and most have 0 to no experience. They continue to change and push new initiatives, do not take action on feedback from their employees, and continue to highlight new roles in the org without recognizing that it's because people are leaving. Great culture, lots of inbound leads in SMB, MM wasn’t doing well when I was there so I decided to leave. Remote work, great work life balance, earning potential was low in SMB for high performers
