Current Employee The culture at this organization is no longer what it used to be. Leaders have no idea how to lead and most have 0 to no experience. They continue to change and push new initiatives, do not take action on feedback from their employees, and continue to highlight new roles in the org without recognizing that it's because people are leaving. Work/Life balance does not exist - people are BURNT out. As another review said, the good ol days are OVER. They have been and they aren't coming back. People are just trying to survive at this point.
