Current Employee4.6Nov 22, 2023I could definitely make better money elsewhere however the Culture, Product Fit and Work-Life balance just make Culture Amp a place that is "worth biting the bullet for compensation" and getting paid out with a better Culture/Life/Leadership.

Lots of changes on the horizon that appear to be optimistic and at least in theory are going to be beneficial for myself as a seller. Having said that, the industry is currently experiencing a lot of turbulence so I am sure working at Culture Amp it's a similar experience as with other tech organizations.
