product is a great fit for the market...which is why they can pay you whatever they want and you can eventually make good money after hitting 100% annual quota

leadership could be more involved with the development of it's reps. base pay is below average but the upside in commision if you are in a good territory makes up for the low base

I love working here, I just wish the quota was based by territory since California and New York get the most pipeline.
