Back to ReviewsFormer Employee A great role that looks good on your CV. But be warned, after the blue screen fiasco , pressure has been mounting on senior leaders which is trickling down to middle managers the reps. Everyone is stressed and some are losing deals or giving outrageous discounts just to stay in a deal
Managers are now prepping to role out PiPs as we are being told to ignore the July19 incident which is hard because it’s affecting/affected our deals
If you join, be prepared to inherit a bad territory as there are favourites like any org.
DEI is the one the worst I’ve seen in a “large”company so if you’re a minor, they are trying but more can be done. Company has good perks and benefits , generous commission plans . But base pay is really low…which is even more egregious considering that it will take you a while to close deals after the incident whilst trying to achieve the high quotas
It was a great run but the glory days 2018-2023 are long gone unless you’re an Enterprise farmer Browse Other Reviews
