Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Leadership is numbers mentality and not super constructive. Environment is very much feast or famine and territory dependent. Good luck if you’re selling into a rural area as your quota will be the same as someone selling into San Francisco.
Overall product is fantastic, leadership(specifically middle management such as direct managers and Directors) are terrible at providing feedback or resources to improve your sales. I heard multiple times “we need more pipeline, we need more sales”
Would recommend for a resume builder but if you get stuck with a bad territory, be prepared to leave within the year or you’ll likely be put on a PIP like some of my former coworkers.
