Core product is great; leadership is weak and not helpful. Lots of hubris in the exec ranks that will cause a lot of pain for the company.

great company, a bit conservative with the perks & compensation but deal flow is strong, lots of opportunity, rapidly expanding product portfolio, well respected and positioned. If you can get a job here take it
