Company is stuck in the glory days. Management and leadership have not kept up with the times and still are using the same tactics that worked before the pandemic. Crowdstrike during my tenure had the worst internal fighting amongst sales teams that I've ever seen. They allowed res to determine what account went where and upper management was completely useless.
