This delays deals and increases selling that needs to be done to earn business. Internal leadership has had a mass exodus within MM and Corporate segments. Former Employee3.3Jan 11, 2024Was a good place to work prior to being acquired by TB. Since things have become extremely cut throat, several rounds of layoffs, and expectations are much higher. Would recommend expecting little room for error. Job security in sales is always a challenge, even more so for a Thoma Bravo company.
