Great Product and Company is innovating a lot. It's hard to sell into smaller high growth companies that are more cost conscious especially around the implementation cost.

At the time it was the spend church with reverend Rob. All people were brainwashed and the US was the holy land full of believers, evangelizing Europe a much taffer job. As normal in these churches, Rob filled his pockets and quit, when the ship started sinking.

For 2023, 1 out of 32 SMB reps hit annual quota. For MM, 1 out of 23 hit. The next 5 most successful reps hovered around 40% quota, with the remaining 80% of reps hitting around 15-20% of quota. Company taken private in 2023 which has created a lot of challenges across the organisation. Seems to be improving, albeit, slowly.
