Since move from public to PE-owned company, compensation has changed. Previously, managers were awarded RSU's which could greatly increase long term comp. Not a strong focus on professional development at manage level.

Great company until private equity bought them out. Product is a great fit in the marketplace, they are a leader

The culture was amazing until the end when they spent all their money on two bad acquisitions and sale’s flattened at which point it got dicey and sold to PE. The PE culture is not the same and the stock-based compensation is over.
