Relatively positive. The sales culture and compensation did improve, but only when they agreed to bring in someone from outside the organization

Great technology, terrible culture. Strategy (including the name of the product) literally changed every quarter, meaning there was no momentum. Very high rate of turnover in the Sales team, Customer success teams, Marketing, and Channel/partnerships function.

Incentive structure is good and inline with industry best practices. However, targets are set arbitrarily, disregarding market trends/conditions, geographic differences / nuances etc. Culture is horrible - blaming sales on lack of results and enforcing a culture of fear. CFO is abusive and takes every opportunity to stiff the sale people of commission.

Lack of clear management strategy (changing every quarter). Too many people leaving it or being fired. Unattainable targets and very poor culture / consideration for people. Amazing technology and product team.
