My overall experience was horrible. Terrible mid and upper management took out all the great people who made the company what it was. Germany cares $0 about the USA team and what they do. They have no $. They now hier 4 to fire 3

Overall experience was great. I joined the company while it was still "professionalising". Their base salary wasn't great compared to others in the market but I've heard their compensation + sales processes have gotten better 5 years on.

Such a great product market fit. Customers love to work with this headless CMS. Churn rate very low! ELT and mid management is changing strategy a lot - lots of obstacles for AEs to concentrate on the actual job - selling!

Great people to work with directly, leadership is a bit over the place, and not good at communicating and setting expectations, priorities changes quickly and decisions were made without considering the impact across the field. Proof of this is that after I left the company, they changed CEOs and seems like more changes are coming from the top to bottom.
